Core Values

Developing fully engaged followers
of Jesus is our ultimate goal.

We Love God
We live a life that honors God.  We love God and commit first to inviting the presence of God into our daily lives. We pursue God by spending time with Him daily through prayer, worship, and reading His Word.

13 When they saw the courage of Peter and John and realized that they were unschooled, ordinary men, they were astonished and they took note that these men had been with Jesus. Acts 4:13 (NIV)

We Love People
We are in the People business. Loving people is one of the greatest commands God gives us. When we love people we serve people in every way we can.  We do our best to fulfill the needs of others first, before our own needs. We use our gifts to serve one another without the promise of earthly rewards. We care for people and want the best for them.

A new command I give: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. John 13:34 (ESV)

So we cared for you. Because we loved you so much, we were delighted to share with you not only the gospel of God but our lives as well. 1 Thessalonians 2:8 (NIV)

We Pursue Excellence
We do our best and we go above and beyond. We don’t settle for a job that is half done. We put our whole heart into whatever we do and set a good example to those around us. We shine the light on God so that He can get the glory and people will be drawn to Him. We never stop getting better because continuous improvement is a way of life.

Whatever you do, do it from the heart, as something done for the Lord and not for people. Colossians 3:23 (CSB)

We Are Dependable
Being reliable, relentless and faithful are some of the qualities that make us dependable. We ensure that the big picture is completed and every task, even the smallest detail, is executed. We are committed to the work.

Therefore, my brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. 1 Corinthians 15:58 (NIV)

We Take Initiative
Our motivation is to ensure that God’s plan is completed. We fulfill this mission by taking charge of any situation that comes up. Crunch time is our time and we fill in the gaps.

every time we get the chance, let us work for the benefit of all, starting with the people closest to us in the community of faith.. Galatians 6:10 (Message)

We Are Enjoyable (Fun)
We take fun seriously.  By encouraging the hearts of everyone around us, the joy of the Lord is evident. The entire room and those that are there can see and feel the joy coming from us.  We bring smiles, laughter and just plain old fun. We do this because we love our church, and we’re honored that we get to do what we would already be doing for free.

sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; poor, yet making many rich; having nothing, and yet possessing everything. 2 Corinthians 6:10 (NIV)
